Cleveland Ketchup Co. is a husband-and-wife venture founded in 2018 by Matt and Lisa McMonagle, who tested recipes to make a ketchup without high fructose corn syrup. It launched with a classic and a ghost pepper version, and the line has since grown to more ketchup flavors, mustards (added in 2022), mayonnaise and ketchup-flavored potato chips. Cleveland's Stadium Mustard

Ohio's best-known condiment is a Cleveland one. Stadium Mustard, made by Davis Food Company, is a brown mustard with a smooth, even brown color rather than the speckled look of a deli mustard, and a mildly spicy, European-style bite.

The company was founded by David Dwoskin in 1969, registered the trademark in 1971, and the mustard is now served at more than 150 stadiums and arenas, including Cleveland's home ballparks.
